Machines are starting to take over a lot of jobs and the latest profession under attack is the barista.
Coffee Ripples is a new machine that’ll create detailed coffee art at the push of a button and it’s designed for commercial use in cafés and restaurants.
We can see the larger chains embracing this as a marketing tool to build loyalty with customers, but there’s something magic about a good barista doing it all by hand.
