Niamh McCarthy Has Just Picked Up Silver At The Paralympic Games

katedemolder

Niamh McCarthy has just done the double and claimed the silver medal as her own for two years running at the Paralympian Games 2017 in London, England.

The Cork woman sent her discus an impressive 26.17m in the fifth round of the event today.

Niamh was suitably delighted to gain hold of the silver medal once more, following a win last year where she also set a new European record and achieved a personal best with a throw of 27.05m.

What. A. Woman.

We see HUGE things coming Ms McCarthy’s way.

Gwan Team Ireland!
