The rain is a precursor for the expected Storm Helene which will make landfall tomorrow night. Helene is expected to bring heavy rainfall to most southern counties.
It will move quickly through the region, but
Storm Ali will follow quickly and will bring 130kmh winds and more heavy rainfall.
A potentially bigger concern is showing for Wednesday with what could be #StormAli as strong gusts arrive in the West along with more very heavy rain. pic.twitter.com/PYu7DMXZ7f
