Met Éireann have issued a yellow wind warning for coastal counties which is set to last from 6am today until midday tomorrow.
Today, strong and gusty southerly winds will reach gale force along exposed Atlantic coasts.
It will continue to be windy through the night with particularly strong and blustery southeast winds. The west and southwest coasts will also be hit with ongoing gales until the early part of tomorrow.
Hold on to your hats.
