Met Eireann has issued two weather warnings for the whole of Ireland.
A status yellow low temperature alert will come into effect tonight at 11pm and last until tomorrow morning at 11am.
It’s going to be freezing cold, with low temperatures of -3C or -4C in places.
A yellow level snow and ice warning will also be in place from Friday at 5am to midday on Saturday.
Scattered snow showers are likely to be on the way, most frequent in Ulster and Connacht.
