Commando – FilmFour – 9pm

Back when Arnie was the ultimate killing machine in the movies, someone made the terrible, frankly idiotic mistake of kidnapping his daugher. So Arnie does what Arnie does best, he kills everyone he comes into contact with.

The Last Boy Scout – TCM – 9pm

Bruce Willis, Damon Wayans and Halle Berry star in this dark, violent comedy-thriller about a detective and a famous sports star teaming up to look into the death of the star’s girlfriend.

Inception – ITV4 – 10pm

Leo DiCaprio and Tom Hardy and Ellen Paige and Michael Caine and loads more star in this big budget, elaborate sci-fi action heist movie. Chances are you’ve seen it before, and chances are you’ll want to watch it again.

Starsky & Hutch – Syfy – 10pm

Quite why this comedy with Owen Wilson and Ben Stiller taking on the iconic roles of the 70s cops is on the Syfy channel is beyond us, but the movie is very funny – “Do it!” – so we won’t question it too much.

Morgan – Channel 4 – 1am

Anya Taylor-Joy stars as a human-animal hybrid, and the scientists who created discover that she has a very violent side. Before they get a chance to properly contain and train her, she escapes the lab and all hell breaks loose.
