Million Dollar Beach House has just landed on Netflix. Playing up to our newfound love of all things luxury real estate, Selling Sunset fans don’t seem to be convinced by the programme just yet.
We’re all hooked on reality real estate shows these days thanks to the drama-filled Selling Sunset. Having already binged all three series of the show in record time (why do we never learn to space it out and savour it?!), we’ve been on the hunt for something equally entertaining to fill the Chrishell-shaped void in our lives and Netflix has certainly delivered on that front.
Titled Million Dollar Beach House, the programme follows a group of young, career-driven agents trying to sell luxury listings in the Hamptons. Replace ‘Hamptons’ with ‘The Valley’ and you’ve practically got the plot of Selling Sunset right there.
Hitting Netflix today, the series description reads:
“In the swanky, exclusive Hamptons in New York, the driven real estate agents of Nest Seekers chase multimillion-dollar deals and court drama… Sun. Fun. Jaw-dropping homes. Welcome to the Hamptons. These agents are ready to sell, schmooze and conquer.”
One would think that the Selling Sunset drama would be hard matched but that doesn’t seem to be the case, at least judging by the trailer below anyway.
Doesn’t look like all fans are convinced just yet though.
This Million Dollar Beach House show is no Selling Sunset but good try Netflix.

Calling it “very watchable”, many have agreed that all it’s really missing is a cameo from Queen Christine.
It’s no Selling Sunset but Million Dollar Beach House is very very watchable – just needs a Christine Quinn cameo #MillionDollarBeachHouse

What do you reckon, is it a worthy replacement?
