You know The Snapper off by heart at this stage, but when it comes to comforting telly, it doesn’t get much better. Equal doses of hilarity and nostalgia mean we never skip an opportunity to watch it along with the rest of the country.
If for some reason you haven’t seen The Snapper, the plot revolves around Sharon Curley becoming unexpectedly pregnant, leading to much speculation around the town. Sharon’s father Dessie repeatedly tries to get his daughter to reveal who the father is but she is determined to keep in a secret.
