A man in his forties was killed in a motorcycle crash this morning.
The fatal incident occurred at approximately 9.15am at Ballymack, Cuffesgrange, Co. Kilkenny.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene and the road was closed for examination.
Gardaí are appealing to any witnesses or anyone with information to contact Kilkenny Garda Station on 056-7775000.
