Gardaí from Tralee discovered this abandoned and crashed car in Ardfert, Kerry on New Year’s Eve.
Upon arrival the driver had already fled the scene and was described as being in a “highly intoxicated condition” by witnesses.
Gardaí found an empty bottle of Smirnoff vodka on the driver’s seat.
Their investigations are ongoing and they’re asking anybody with information to contact Tralee Garda Station on 066 7102300 or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666111.
