Irish men get tarred with a bad brush sometimes in the dating world. Sure don’t we all just want a tall, dark and handsome Italian stallion?
A video of ‘you know you’re dating an Irish man when…’ has popped up on Youtube by Dating Beyond Borders, a comedy channel that focuses on dating around the world.
They do note that “a sense of humor is advised” which is just as well ‘cos we reckon some lads wouldn’t be best pleased with a few of the stereotypes included in the video.
But for the most part? It’s actually spot on.
Irish men “downplay themselves”
They’re obsessed with their mammies
Can never just go for the one drink
And will choose The Lads over you any day of the week
