Storm Bella has been named by the UK Met Office and it’s set to bring ‘heavy rain and damaging gusts’ to Ireland on St. Stephen’s Day.
The Met Office has issued status yellow weather warnings for parts of Britain and weather expert Alan O’Reilly of Carlow Weather expects Storm Bella to cause disruption here in Ireland on December 26.
After the storm was named this morning, Alan tweeted that it will ‘hit on St. Stephen’s Day, bringing strong and damaging gusts and heavy rain.’
