Love is Blind happened this year. Let’s just let that sink in for a minute. Mad, ain’t it?
Premiering on Netflix back in February, Love is Blind took the world by storm and was all anyone could talk about for a while there. Quickly overshadowed by banana bread, Normal People and Zoom quizzes, the reality dating show slowly sunk to the back of our minds where it’s remained… until now.
Reminding us all that it was once considered ‘the next big thing’ in the entertainment/dating world, star Mark Cuevas has drawn us all right back in with the news that he and his current girlfriend are expecting their first child together.
Confirming the news to People Magazine, the now 25-year old said that the found out together after a weekend spent with family and friends.

Oh how times have changed.
Other things to have happened this year that already seem like ancient history include Parasite winning the Oscar for best picture, the Australian bushfire and of course Tiger King. J Lo and Shakira also performed together at the Super Bowl half time show but not even 2020 could make us forget that one in a hurry.
