Carole Baskin is capitalising off the current situation, using the public’s newfound demand for face coverings to her advantage.
Tiger King, the series that keeps on giving – mostly thanks to its colourful characters. Though it’s not Joe Exotic we’re talking about this time, but rather the Big Cat Rescue frontwoman Carole Baskin who has decided to make a few bob by turning her hand to crafts.
Noting the newfound demand for face coverings given the current situation, Carole has been using this time to upskill and has started making her own exclusive range of face coverings complete with her signature catchphrase and everything.
Sharing a photo of two of her recent masterpieces, the masks come in black or leopard print (would it really be a Carole Baskin creation if it didn’t?) and don a cat nose, mouth and whiskers alongside the line “Hey all you cool cats and kittens”. And good news for all those outside the US as according to a post on the Big Cat Rescue Facebook page, the masks can now be shipped internationally as well.
Famous for introducing all of her YouTube videos in the same way, Carole’s tagline has proven to be a favourite amongst fans of the show who quote it on the regular (us included… it’s hard not to) and she’s decided to immortalise it in the most 2020 way she could possible – by putting it on a face mask. You have to admire her business hustle.
