Friends and Thanksgiving go hand in hand.
And while the newly coined term ‘Friendsgiving’ doesn’t necessarily refer to the iconic show, there are clear associations between the two.
I mean there are 10 Thanksgiving-themed episodes, so that pretty much proves it in my opinion.
Warner Bros decided to give the people what they want and is running a special ‘Friendsgiving at the Studio’ tour this year to celebrate.

The 90-minute tour leads guests on a walk through the lot taking in some of the most well-known filming locations.
Stop offs on the route include the Central Park set where Phoebe and Rachel went jogging as well as the beloved Central Perk coffeehouse set – complete with the famous couch and everything.
Even the fountain from the opening credits has been relocated to the Warner Bros main lot for the event.

Each tour concludes with a specially whipped up meal, for we all know Thanksgiving would be nothing without a festive feast.
Diners get to eat in the studio’s fine dining room where the cast often had their breaks when filming. Chef Monica is off duty though, so her signature mac and cheese is noticeably missing from the menu.

Taking place out in Hollywood, it doesn’t look like I’m going to get to experience the magic first-hand so, for now, I’ll busy myself with rewatching all of the Friends Thanksgiving episodes.
