Firefighters are tackling yet another gorse fire in the country – this time, in County Limerick.
According to the Limerick Leader, emergency services were notified of the blaze at around 10:15am this morning.
It’s ongoing in the Slieve Felim mountains around Cappamore.
It’s understood that the fire is threatening forestry and staff from Coillte, along with local emergency services are working to keep it under control.
