Yep, that’s right. You can actually buy your very own island off the coast of the Emerald Isle.
Mannion Island is a four acre private island for sale on Vladi Private Islands.

The “picturesque” island, which hasn’t yet been built on, can be accessed from a new pier, just five minutes away from Durrus village in Cork.
The Irish Mirror reported that a spokesperson for Vladi Private Islands said: “The island is home to a natural spring, and fertile land (covering approximately 60% of the island’s surface area).”

“Towards the east of the island, Mannion furthermore boasts a sheltered cove allowing for all-year-access.”
The spokesperson added: “The island is being sold ‘as is’ and does not feature a house, building, structure, or ruins. Electricity could be provided via solar panels or a wind-turbine.”
